Cancellation within 7 days of the start of classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For cancellations made <strong>up to 7 days before<\/strong> of the start of classes or the course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full reimbursement<\/strong> of the amount paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will be <strong>retained 20 \u20ac<\/strong> such as <strong>secretarial costs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No deduction of 20 \u20ac<\/strong> in case you request <strong>a voucher<\/strong> instead of reimbursement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>voucher<\/strong> may be used <strong>within the current winter season<\/strong> and is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation due to accident or illness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of <strong>accident or illness<\/strong>, you can request the cancellation or interruption of lessons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>medical certificate<\/strong> issued by a <strong>local doctor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>reimbursement of unused days<\/strong>, with a <strong>deduction on days already worked<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The modalities of reimbursement will follow what is indicated under \u201cApplication and reimbursement modalities\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the cancellation takes place <strong>3 days before the start of classes<\/strong> (so more than 7 days but not more than 3):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>reimbursement of the 80%<\/strong> of the amount paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>20% of the amount<\/strong> will be retained as a penalty and organisational costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. No cancellation under 72 hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No cancellation will be made<\/strong> and thus <strong>no refund<\/strong> for cancellation requests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presented at <strong>less than 72 hours<\/strong> from the beginning of the lessons or course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond this term <strong>withdrawal cannot be exercised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How to request termination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request cancellation, a notice must be sent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>By e-mail<\/strong> to the official school address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pointing to <strong>in the object<\/strong> the word: <strong>DISCLAIMER<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By including in the text of the e-mail:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name and surname of the reservation holder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dates and type of course\/lesson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any medical documentation (in case of illness or accident)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Modalities of reimbursement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the notice of withdrawal has been received in accordance with the above, a refund will be made on the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
